She is also responsible for the firm’s Tech and Law practice, advising clients on the intersection between technology, data protection, and regulatory compliance across the United Kingdom and Spain. Her work includes designing legal and operational strategies to unlock opportunities in data and AI while ensuring full compliance with applicable frameworks such as the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and the EU AI Act.

Laura’s expertise covers Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), cross-border data breach management, international data transfers, AI use case mapping, and negotiation of cross-border technology contracts.
