Antonio Arenas leads the firm’s Litigation Department, advising domestic and international clients on commercial disputes, employment law, family law, immigration, real estate litigation, and cross-border inheritance matters.

With over 20 years’ experience and qualifications in both Spain and England & Wales, Antonio is recognised for his ability to manage complex cross-border disputes with clarity, strategic insight, and a distinctly client-focused approach. His work is centred on helping clients navigate unfamiliar legal systems with confidence and achieve practical, commercially sound outcomes.

He has developed particular expertise in cross-border inheritance and probate disputes, acting in matters involving Spanish and UK jurisdictions. This includes advising on high-value estates, coordinating multi-jurisdictional strategies, and representing clients in sensitive and often complex proceedings.

Antonio combines technical rigour with a pragmatic mindset. He actively pursues efficient, out-of-court solutions where appropriate, while remaining a strong and effective advocate before the Spanish courts when litigation is required.

In addition to his practice in Spain, Antonio has been appointed as an expert witness before the English courts, providing specialist reports on Spanish law. He also advises clients in the UK on employment, immigration, family, and criminal matters.
