community-involvement

At Scornik Gerstein LLP, we are committed to using the resources of our firm to enhance the communities we live and work in.

In addition to performing pro bono legal work, our attorneys and staff participate regularly in local office service projects and fund-raising efforts. Outside of the office, many also volunteer and hold leadership roles with civic and charitable organizations, as well as educational and cultural institutions.

Our firm invests in communities by contributing to several of charitable and non-profit organizations each year. Our services reach from major cultural events to medical research to disaster relief; Scornik Gerstein LLP sponsors a variety of programs that support education, arts and culture, health and welfare, human rights and environmental causes.

In particular, we proudly promote the arts by promoting the young and talented artist Juan Carlos Davis, and help improve the environment by supporting Acima.

We are also grateful to be part of the directory of professionals of the UK Care Guide, a website where free of charge legal content orientated to help the elderly is provided. They have also developed the Help & Advise website which provides access to helpful legal content across a range of topics as tax or probate.

Additionally, Scornik Gerstein LLP is also involved in the Santa Maria Foundation whose dedication in helping Colombian underprivileged and Orphan Girls is unparalleled.

Furthermore, we provide support for the survivors of torture who arrive in the UK though the charity Freedom from Torture. At Scornik Gerstein LLP we consider supporting anyone who comes to us and presents their case showing valid merits.
